Usage Policy

1. What This Policy Covers

This Usage Policy describes what you may and may not do when using the Radiaq AI workspace. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all accounts, including Free, Pro, and Max plans.

2. Acceptable Use

Radiaq is designed for productive, lawful use. Permitted activities include:

• Research, fact-finding, and information gathering
• Writing, editing, summarizing, and creative projects
• Software development assistance, code review, and debugging
• Analyzing and summarizing documents you own or have the right to process
• Personal productivity and note-taking
• Business use on Pro and Max plans as described on the Pricing page
• Educational use and learning

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use Radiaq to:

• Generate content that is illegal under applicable local, national, or international law
• Produce or distribute spam, phishing messages, or social engineering content
• Create or assist in the deployment of malware, ransomware, or other harmful software
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or impersonate any individual or organization
• Generate content that sexualizes minors in any form
• Facilitate fraud, financial crimes, or deceptive practices
• Deliberately circumvent AI safety measures or "jailbreak" model guardrails
• Process personal data of third parties without an appropriate legal basis
• Infringe on intellectual property rights, including copying or reproducing copyrighted material at scale
• Use the Service on behalf of a sanctioned entity or in violation of applicable trade law

4. AI Model Provider Terms

Radiaq routes queries to AI models operated by various third-party providers. These providers have their own acceptable use policies that also govern what their models may be used for. By using Radiaq, you agree to comply with the applicable usage policies of the model providers whose outputs you receive.

Radiaq is not affiliated with any AI model provider. We do not endorse or guarantee the outputs of any model, and we are not responsible for third-party provider policy changes.

5. Content You Upload

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and process any content you provide to Radiaq. Do not upload:

• Files that contain personal data of others without their consent or a lawful basis
• Confidential materials that you do not have authorization to share
• Content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights

6. Enforcement

We monitor the Service for policy violations and respond to reports of abuse. Depending on the severity of a violation, we may:

• Issue a warning and request corrective action
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently terminate your account without refund
• Report activity to law enforcement or relevant authorities where required by law

We try to act proportionately and may consider context before taking action, but we reserve the right to act without prior notice where necessary to protect the Service or third parties.

7. Reporting Abuse

If you believe someone is using Radiaq in violation of this policy, or if you have encountered harmful content, please report it to hello@radiaq.com.
